Army Chief of Staff Replaced

This morning in Madrid the Minister of defense Jose Antonia Alonso will prside over the intatement of a new Chief of staff for the army.

The handover will take place at 11 o'clock in the defense ministry. Carlos Villar - up until presently in the position of Procurement for the services will take over as chief of all the armed services.
